Shipping
We aim to get your order packed and on its way within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information. Shipping and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are estimates based on the shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary once a package is in the carrier's possession, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Returns & Issues
We want you to be happy with your order! We carefully inspect and package our items before they leave us, but occasionally things can happen during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please contact us by email at Holyrobotdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging if applicable
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Because our products are small-batch, low quantity or collectible items, we do not generally accept returns simply due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse. If you have a unique situation or are unsure whether an issue qualifies, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to deliver it.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact your local carrier. If you're still unable to locate it, contact us and we'll do our best to help determine the next steps.
